Making a user a Platform Owner user
- First create the user on the Members tab of the Cloud CMS UI
- Go to "Administration Console" from your tenant url eg <your tenant>.cloudcms.net/admin
- Select "Teams" from the "Platform" section
- Click the "owners" team
- Click the "Query" button from the "Manage Memberships" section
- Uncheck "Only display group members?"
- From the "Domain" dropdown list select "Primary Domain"
- Enter the user's system name in the "Principal Name" field and click the "Query" button
- The user should appear in the result list
- Click the "Add" button under the "Membership" column of the result list next to the user
